Returning you item         

We want you to be happy with your purchase but if you need to return it then please read below .                        

None faulty goods/changing your mind;

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have 7 working days to let me know that you wish to return the goods. Please return the goods to me  in the original packaging ,ITEM MUST BE UNWORN .

 All items are checked before sending to the customer, when trying on your item please ensure the item does not get plucked, or put near dust , animal hair, perfume /deodrant , smoke etc . Any item returned that we feel has already been worn by the customer will be returned to them at their cost .          

 Returns must be made within 14 days ,only return SECOND CLASS SIGNED FOR[tracked] , and we will refund monies by whatever method payment was made not including return postage.

*If you have ordered wrong size /colour etc , please return the item second class signed for [tracked] post , on return and after checking the item we will send you a replacement item or your chosen size / colour etc .We do not refund return postage on this , but we also will not charge you to send out the replacement item, so this should work out about the same .


Faulty goods

All items are checked before dispatch but in the unlikely event that the goods are faulty please advise me as soon as possible and we will give you details on how to return the item [only return second class signed for-tracked], this can also be found at the bottom of this page .

Depending on the fault I will either repair, refund or offer a credit note, it is up to you which option you choose. In this case if the goods are proven to be faulty I will also refund the postage


 We prefer payments via paypal, but please note ; if your payment comes through as a E-CHQ then you will need to wait 5-7 working days before we can despatch your item, as this payment is just like sending a chq through the post . 

 If you buy an item via the website or via paypal then refunds are done the same way, we cannot do cash refunds via our stall on payments made via paypal ,as we are charged a fee  for any payments to us .


Please put a note in the parcel stating date order and your name and a reason for return this will help us with refunding you and also will help us with item information .


Return via second class signed for[tracked] , this will be refunded on reciept of the returned item and checking it .




*Please remember  , The item must not have been worn/in contact with animals/contact with smoke, otherwise these will be returned to the buyer .
