I can't tell you how many requests we get per year for charity donations , since late 2009 and finding out about how many charities use public donated money on cruel animal testing we no longer donate to these charities on the list ;https://www.animalaid.org.uk/the-issues/our-campaigns/animal-experiments/health-charities-animal-testing/ .
We have certain items on our stall which we buy in and £1.00 from each sale goes towards our chosen charities .
We do however make a small monthly donation to Love under dogs
After the terrible earthquake in Nepal we donated via sales on our festival stall to H.A.R.T
We recently donated a small amout towards a gorgeous beagles new wheels
We are currently raising funds via various items on our stall to donate to SOI DOG and to National fox welfare society.
None faulty goods;
If you change your mind about your purchase/it doesn't fit/you don't like the colour , you have 14 working days to let me know that you wish to return the goods. Please return the goods to me in the original packaging ,ITEM MUST BE UNWORN , and must not smell of smoke /animals we check all items on return .
This must be done within 14 days and I will refund monies by whatever method payment was made.
All items are checked before dispatch but in the unlikely event that the goods are faulty please advise me as soon as possible and we will make arrangements to have the goods returned.
Depending on the fault I will either repair, refund or offer a credit note, it is up to you which option you choose. In this case if the goods are proven to be faulty I will also refund the postage.
PAYPAL/ E-CHQ / Cheque payments;
We prefer payments via paypal, but please note ; if your payment comes through as a E-CHQ then you will need to wait 5-7 working days before we can despatch your item, as this payment is just like sending a chq through the post .
If you buy an item via the website or via paypal then refunds are done the same way, we cannot do cash refunds via our stall on payments made via paypal ,as we are charged a fee for any payments to us .
CHEQUE PAYMENTS BY POST;
These take 5-7 working days to clear, items are despatched upon clearance of funds
The item must not have been worn/in contact with animals/contact with smoke, otherwise these will be returned to the buyer .
